Jamie and Sara Jane Davis raise vegetables, fruit, pigs, and chickens using permaculture and biointensive growing techniques. We focus on building healthy soil with a diversity of crops and beneficial animal impact. C-Saw Hill Farm is owned by Brandon, Lisa, and Cecelia Higgins. It is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in beautiful Rutherford County. We are extremely concerned with the safety of commercialized food supplies. We feel that local markets and grass fed and pasture raised animals are the key to making our food system safer and greener. This is why we started C-Saw Hill Farm. We raise meat that is antibiotic, and added hormone free. We buy feed from our local feed mill calves (that perform well on pasture) from local farmers, and use a local processor.
